In this role, the candidate will be responsible for building frameworks for sales forecasting,territory planning, productivity analytics, and business planning across Home Loans & Micro LAP verticals. The role collaborates closely with Sales, Credit, Risk, Operations, and Leadership teams.Responsibilities:- Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual sales forecasts and branch-wise target plans.- Monitor sales performance across leads, logins, sanctions, and disbursals.- Track sales funnel efficiency and provide insights for improvement.- Analyse RM/BM productivity, sourcing mix, approval ratios, and ticket-size trends.- Build dashboards/MIS reports for leadership review and business planning.- Conduct portfolio and market analysis including product mix, geography performance, and competition.- Collaborate with BI/Tech teams to enhance CRM dashboards and improve data accuracy.- Support AOP, budgeting, new product initiatives, and strategic sales projects.Qualifications & Experience: - Ca/MBA with 5-10 years in Sales Planning, Sales Analytics, MIS, or Business Planning.- Experience in NBFC/Banking with strong exposure to Home Loans, LAP, or Micro LAP.- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel; knowledge of SQL/Power BI preferred.- Good understanding of sales funnels, productivity metrics, and secured lending ecosystem.
