Location: BangaloreExperience: 7-10 yearsRole OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager - Passenger Cars to lead and manage the sales function for our dealership operations in Bangalore and Delhi NCR. The incumbent will be responsible for achieving sales targets, driving team performance, and ensuring a high standard of customer service.Key Responsibilities- Drive retail sales of passenger cars through effective team leadership and sales strategy execution.- Manage, mentor, and monitor a team of Sales Consultants to ensure target achievement.- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.- Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to implement local campaigns and promotions.- Track and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.- Ensure compliance with company processes and brand standards.- Manage inventory, coordinate vehicle delivery timelines, and oversee showroom operations.- Conduct regular training and performance reviews for the sales team.Candidate Profile- Graduate (preferably MBA) with 7-10 years of proven experience in automobile sales; at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.- Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- Experience in managing premium or mid-range car brands will be an added advantage.- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.Reporting To: Regional Sales Head / General Manager - Sales (ref:updazz.com)
