About the Role:

This is a high-impact role for professionals passionate about enterprise SaaS sales. You will work closely with CXOs, HR Heads, CFOs, and IT leaders to help organizations digitize HR, payroll, and dispatch operations, especially in mines and manufacturing units.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and qualify new B2B opportunities via research, outreach, and partnershipsPitch & demo AI-powered HRMS, ERP & Dispatch solutions to enterprise clients Own the full sales cycle -- lead to closureCollaborate with marketing & product teams for solution alignmentMaintain a strong sales pipeline and revenue forecastsRepresent the brand at HR Tech & ERP eventsKeep CRM updated with accurate lead data Requirements Proven experience in B2B SaaS / Enterprise Software salesExposure to HRMS, ERP, Payroll, Attendance, Compliance, Dispatch, IOT, Mines automation (mines domain is a plus) Strong communication & stakeholder management skillsTarget-driven mindset, startup-friendly attitudeExperience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce preferred) What We Offer: Competitive fixed pay + uncapped commissions Growth-oriented, performance-driven culture Opportunity to be part of a fast-growing AI-first HR Tech companyFlexibility and leadership exposure
