We are seeking a

Manager - Sales Operations & Enablement

to drive operational excellence across our sales organization. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring that sales teams, channel partners, and clients operate in sync--backed by accurate data, disciplined processes, and timely execution.
You will own the coordination layer of the sales function, enabling leadership with insights, supporting revenue growth, and ensuring a seamless experience from order initiation to fulfillment. This role requires a strong balance of execution, stakeholder management, and process ownership.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations & Execution
Oversee day-to-day sales operations to ensure alignment with business targets and revenue plans.
Track sales pipelines, order movement, and conversion metrics, supporting leadership with forecasts and performance insights.
Enable smooth execution of the sales lifecycle--from enquiry management to order closure and post-sale coordination.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Serve as a primary operational point of contact for key clients, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
Drive structured follow-ups on orders, pricing, documentation, and delivery timelines.
Build long-term customer relationships that support retention and repeat business.
Channel & Dealer Enablement
Coordinate closely with dealers and channel partners to ensure policy compliance and operational efficiency.
Support dealer onboarding, commercial communication, schemes, and incentive programs.
Monitor dealer performance metrics and share actionable insights with leadership.
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Lead and mentor sales operations or sales support team members, ensuring high standards of execution.
Assign responsibilities, review deliverables, and improve team productivity.
Partner with logistics, finance, production, and marketing teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Systems, Reporting & Process Improvement
Own data accuracy and hygiene across ERP and CRM platforms.
Prepare MIS dashboards, customer analytics, dealer-wise performance reports, and management summaries.
Identify inefficiencies in sales workflows and recommend process and system enhancements to improve speed and accuracy.

What We're Looking For
6-20 years of experience in sales operations, sales coordination, or commercial enablement roles.
Strong understanding of sales processes, order management, and channel-driven business models.
Proven experience in managing client communication and operational follow-ups.
Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM platforms (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or similar).
Demonstrated ability to manage teams and coordinate across multiple internal functions.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and reporting accuracy.
