Job Description

1. Directly involved in sales and marketing.

2. Analyze sales and marketing data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and

improvement.

3. Manage and optimize sales processes.

4. Generate regular reports and presentations to communicate sales performance metrics and

insights to stakeholders.

5. Handle account details so that all pertinent aspects of solicitation and closing are complete and

documented. Coordinate various departments' participation in servicing accounts.

6. Communicate both verbally and in writing to provide clear direction to all departments in our

business to ensure high quality of service to customers.

7. Participate in daily business review meeting, pre-convention meetings, training and other sales

related meetings as required.

8. Attend trade shows, community events and industry meetings.

9. Monitor customer feedback regularly and identify areas of improvement in our products and

10. Provide training and support to sales teams on sales processes, tools, and systems.

Requirements -

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.

2. 3+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a related role.

3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

6. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.

7. Experience with sales forecasting and budgeting processing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
