Role Overview:

Responsible for driving sales, managing day-to-day operations, coordinating with production & dispatch teams, and ensuring business growth through efficient execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly sales targets and expand distributor/retailer network Oversee daily operations, dispatch planning, logistics & stock control Coordinate with production for demand forecasting and supply planning Handle customer complaints and ensure high service standards Lead field sales team & delivery riders; monitor KPIs and productivity Maintain MIS, sales dashboards, and ensure timely collections Ensure cold chain compliance and product availability

Requirements:

3-7 years' experience in Sales/Operations (Dairy/FMCG preferred) Strong knowledge of

MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS)

and

reporting software

Good communication, leadership, and market understanding Experience in route planning, team handling & sales reporting Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
