Role overview
The
Manager - RevOps
will be responsible for driving operational efficiency across the sales cycle, from lead-to-order to order-to-cash, while ensuring alignment with organizational revenue goals. The role will oversee data management, automation initiatives, sales process optimization, and team leadership to support the overall revenue operations function.
Responsibilities:
Oversee complete sales operations lifecycle - Lead-to-Order and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
Manage and optimize revenue operations, ensuring alignment with organizational targets.
Monitor sales KPIs, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts.
Maintain CRM data accuracy and governance.
Develop dashboards and reports for sales performance tracking.
Implement and manage automation tools (CRM, CPQ, ERP, RPA).
Identify process gaps and drive efficiency improvements.
Oversee contract management, order booking, invoicing, and collections with Finance.
Ensure compliance with revenue recognition and contractual policies.
Lead, mentor, and manage the Sales Ops team.
Set performance goals and conduct regular reviews for team members.
Collaborate with Marketing for lead alignment and Sales for follow-up processes.
Work closely with Finance for revenue reporting and forecasting.
Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection regulations.
Prepare periodic operational performance reports for leadership.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Sales, or related field (MBA preferred).
7-10 years of Sales Operations / Revenue Operations experience
Strong knowledge of O2C processes, sales cycles, and revenue workflows.
Hands-on experience with CRM, ERP, and automation tools.
Proven track record in process automation and sales performance improvement.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Excel, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), and CRM platforms.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
Leadership and team management abilities.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹449,886.33 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
