Role Overview



As the Manager of Sales & Operations, you'll hold a dual leadership role, seamlessly overseeing both the end?to?end sales process and the operational backbone that supports it. You'll be instrumental in driving revenue, optimizing supply chain logistics, and fostering customer-centric excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed growth targets for premium electronic gadgets. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team (e.g., Sales Executives, SDRs), including coaching, pipeline oversight, and KPI performance. Collaborate with marketing to launch targeted promotions and campaigns. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to recommend strategic shifts. Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and budget planning.
Operations Management

Oversee supply chain operations: inventory planning, warehouse management, order fulfillment, and logistics. Optimize delivery timelines, aiming for a smooth and fast order experience. Implement operational efficiencies, cost-controls, and quality assurance checkpoints. Coordinate between procurement, warehousing, customer service, and finance to ensure seamless operations. Monitor and track KPIs related to operations (e.g., inventory turnover, delivery KPIs).
Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with Brand Partners to maintain direct inventory and ensure authenticity. Align with Customer Support & Post?Sales teams to address escalations and uphold customer satisfaction. Liaise with Finance for pricing, margin analysis, and revenue reconciliation.
Team & Process Development

Define and refine SOPs for sales and operations workflows. Recruit, coach, and evaluate team members to build a high-performing unit. Drive process improvements using data-driven insights.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related discipline; MBA preferred. 5+ years of combined experience in sales and operations--preferably within e?commerce, retail, or electronics sectors. Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and achieving quantitative targets. Strong analytical skills, with competence in forecasting, CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), ERP systems, and Excel. Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills. Demonstrable skills in process optimization, supply chain management, and performance monitoring. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
