Position- Hotel Operations Sales ManagerLocation: Uttarakhand, Rajasthan,- Hotel Operations Sales Manager work is to do marketing and operation activities of Janardan Farms & Resorts LLP resort properties with the help of his on ground team.- 2 years of similar work experience- Candidates having hospitality experience will be preferred- OPERATION part Activity at property- Is to manage the staff and deal with the guests and give the best experience in the given infrastructure.- You need to ensure that you get the best review of the customer online and offline as desired.- Is to keep the staff strength of the property as per the requirement approval from the head office, with the help of the HR department.- Is to decrease the wastage in kitchen and house keeping materials.SALES part Activity at property :- Will generate business through walkins, leads, digitally, referral, restaurant and others.- Promoting loyalty plans, membership and timeshares at the location.- Meeting travel/social/wedding and event planners for sales and marketing activities.- Getting connected with local B2B institutions for sales and offline marketing.- Getting connected with corporate offices to organise corporate meetings.Your main marketing focus will be to get:- Getting Events, Social, Marriage and Corporate bookings for the properties.- Getting Timeshare and membership sales done by offline/online marketing.- Making sales of our hospitality products to the visitors of the property.Reimbursement:- JFR intends to pay salary equivalent to the current one as in hand salary plus incentives such as accommodation, fooding, internet at posting location.- An incentive of 5% will be provided on revenue exceeding current sales.- A hike of 25% will be provided after 6 months of employment with the company.
