Job Title: Manager (Sales Operations)Office Location: Gurgaon (3 days work from office)Department: Sales & Channel DevelopmentReporting To: DirectorRole SummaryWe are looking for a smart, energetic, and data-oriented sales professional based in Gurgaon who can be trained to manage our distributor network and lead a team of junior sales executives. This role combines product knowledge, channel management, field execution, and team leadership.Key Responsibilities1) Distributor Management & Secondary Sales- Build strong relationships with distributors; become the key point of contact.- Conduct monthly distributor performance reviews.- Monitor distributor stocks (inflow/outflow/aging).- Ensure billing cycles, payment collection discipline, and credit hygiene.- Drive secondary sales planning & reporting.2) Field Coverage & Market Development- Conduct regular field tours across India- Joint working with the junior sales teamEnsure:- Retailer visits and beat coverage- Stock & display checks- Scheme communication & execution- Visiting electricians, shop owners and dealers4) Team Leadership- Manage 8-10 junior sales executives across India- Daily sales tracking, beat plan monitoring & productivity reviews.- Set monthly targets & ensure execution.- Conduct monthly performance review meetings.5) Reporting & Communication- Daily call check-ins with sales team.- Daily reporting (market updates, leads, beat plan, sales tracking).- Weekly and monthly MIS reporting to leadership.- Develop and follow structured processes for market execution.Candidate Profile- MBA/B.Tech Graduate with flair and confidence for managing field sales team- Strong communication & people skills.- Smart working & fast learner- Should be comfortable with field travel.- Ability to lead and coach junior sales staff.Solid Excel / WhatsApp / CRM reporting discipline.Compensation- Competitive fixed salary- Travel allowance + incentives based on performance- Half-yearly bonuses for territory growthWhy Pixels- High-growth consumer brand with 35+ years legacy- Opportunity to drive modern channel systems in Tier-2 markets- Learn directly from founders & leadership team from IIT-IIMs- Exposure to product, service, and digital sales innovation (ref:updazz.com)
