Manage end-to-end sales and operational processes within the defense and aerospace segment.
Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, including DRDO, HAL, ISRO, and defense OEMs.
Prepare and present quotations, tenders, and technical-commercial proposals.
Coordinate with production, purchase, and quality teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Monitor project timelines, material flow, and dispatch schedules.
Handle documentation and compliance requirements specific to defense/aerospace projects.
Generate MIS reports and assist management in strategic planning.
Drive cost efficiency, productivity, and process improvements across operations.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electronics, Mechanical, or related engineering field.
5-8 years of experience in sales, operations, or project coordination within the
defense/aerospace
industry.
Strong technical and commercial acumen.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of AS9100/ISO quality systems will be an added advantage.
Compensation
?40,000 per month (In-hand salary)
