Role : Manager- Sales OperationsType : Full TimeResponsibilities :- Ensure the effective management of process change management, integrity of data, reporting and Training.- Act as a change agent to drive business improvement within the commercial organization.- Develop & Drive SOPs for critical Sales & Systems processes.- Subject matter expert in the area of sales and service, Backoffice processes with potential to contribute to the whole value chain- Lead end-to-end conceptualization, implementation and adoption of critical sales/ business systems- Manage seamless rollout (including training and go-live) of current systems (Distributor Management System, Sales Force Routing & Automation) across new distributors.- Identify business opportunities/ issues and work with systems vendors on requisite systems development/ enhancements (including business process mapping, effort estimation and negotiation, project management, UAT, and live release)- Ensure effective project management, with timely, high quality and cost-effective delivery from respective vendors- Closely monitor systems usage, and drive market adoption & excitement (including influencing behavioral change and demonstrating value-addition where required)- Work with sales leadership to resolve/ escalate issues related to systems adoption- Link business objectives to key KPIs/ metrics and track key outcomes vs. plan- Develop key business dashboards/ reports to help review business performance more effectively. (Knowledge of QlikView & Power BI will be an added advantage)- Leverage business systems and dashboards to proactively analyze business performance data, and distill key insights and actions for business performance enhancement- Refine approach/ initiatives basis implementation learnings and market feedback- Anticipate and mitigate implementation and change management risk- Conduct trainings for end users on dashboards, DMS & SFA applications wherever necessary.- Should have exposure to working on SAP / ERP (ref:updazz.com)
