Furthermore, you have:


At least a completed bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5 + Years of relevant experience in Asst Manager Sales and Should have knowledge of All products - Air / Ocean. Should have strong working knowledge of CRM software and other tools utilized in the Sales profession Experience in managing sales in a corporate setting and proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing

At least you have a unique combination of good interpersonal and communications/presentation skills, both written and oral, coupled with a sharp business acumen sales.

Broekman Logistics India is a full supply chain logistics service provider with air, ocean, road, and rail services, warehousing and distribution. In the world of transportation and logistics, to and from India and intra-India, Broekman Logistics continuously focusses on providing services in line with the rapidly developing market. Broekman Logistics India expands by the day. Carefully planning its expansion, Broekman currently operates 18 offices in India, covering all major ports and international airports.



Broekman Logistics has a sales team in India organized around PMCs and regions, where you will be responsible for generating new sales. Our Sales team is organized into the following PMCs: Chemicals, Machinery & Spare parts, Manufacturing and General Cargo. Now we are looking for a new Manager Sales for the Region West - Mumbai.



We do not believe in cold calling, personal targets, and quick deal-making. Instead, we believe in consultative selling, building a strong network, and staying up-to-date with market knowledge.

The team you'll work with as a Manager Sales




As Manager Sales, you leading a team of sales professionals, developing strategic sales plans, and achieving revenue targets in the freight forwarding industry and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You know how to build and maintain the right network and identify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, lead generation activities etc. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends. Additionally, you will contribute to positioning and develop a commercial plan for your own PMC.



Depending on the request, you will work together with engineers and BDM to develop the tender, including operational and financial matters. You will encompass all of Broekman Logistics' services, including international operations. The Business Development Managers from other PMCs also collaborate in this process. What makes Broekman Logistics unique is that BDM and engineers also fall under the same department. This ensures that your team can achieve the maximum and provide the right follow-up when the tender is awarded. Everything you achieve is done as a team, and from the beginning until the first invoice, you are collectively responsible.
