Key Responsibilities:



A) Marketing



Evaluate potential for business expansion through domestic and international market mapping. Plan and execute marketing strategies to penetrate international markets. Implement effective online/offline promotional activities, branding, and lead generation campaigns. Conduct market intelligence and track competitor products, pricing, and strategic movements. Collaborate with senior management for marketing plans, budgeting, and forecasting.

B) Sales & Business Development



Generate new leads via cold calls, referrals, networking, and industry events. Meet and engage key stakeholders like architects, builders, contractors, facade consultants, PMC, OEMs, and government departments. Understand project-specific requirements and propose relevant solutions using product mix strategy. Conduct presentations and pitches to promote the company's glass solutions in domestic and international markets. Ensure technical/product specifications are aligned with project needs. Achieve individual and team sales targets, manage the inquiry pipeline proactively. Finalize orders, coordinate billing, and ensure timely collections of payments.

C) Inter-Department Coordination & Communication



Coordinate with estimation, technical, production, and logistics teams for smooth project execution. Liaise with the commercial team and client for order timelines and handling quality concerns (if any). Maintain daily visit reports, client data, sales MIS, and share updates with the reporting authority. Take ownership of additional business tasks as assigned by the management.

Preferred Background:



Hands-on experience in direct B2B sales and project sales Strong connections with architects, builders, consultants, procurement heads, and facade contractors Exposure to projects in private, commercial, and PSU sectors
