Job Summary



We are looking for a results-driven

Sales Manager

with strong experience in selling

Web Development, SEO, and Google My Business (GMB) solutions

. The ideal candidate will lead the sales function, drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and manage a high-performing sales team.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue Growth



Drive sales of

Web Development, SEO, and GMB services

to SMEs, enterprises, and local businesses. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital leads. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Client Relationship Management



Understand client business needs and propose customized digital solutions. Conduct client presentations, product demos, and proposal discussions. Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and upselling opportunities. Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure smooth project onboarding and customer satisfaction.

Team Management



Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets. Monitor individual and team performance, provide regular feedback and training. Set KPIs, track sales pipelines, and ensure CRM discipline.

Market & Product Knowledge



Stay updated on trends in

web technologies, SEO algorithms, and GMB best practices

. Analyze competitors, pricing strategies, and market demands. Provide feedback to management on product improvements and new service opportunities.

Reporting & Process



Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management. Ensure compliance with company sales processes and documentation. Coordinate with marketing teams for lead campaigns and promotions.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Proven experience in selling

Web Development, SEO, and GMB services

. Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and web technologies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Experience in managing and scaling a sales team. Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting systems.

Preferred Skills



Experience working with digital agencies or IT service companies. Knowledge of performance marketing, local SEO, and online reputation management. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
