We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Sales & Marketing Manager

to lead our efforts in driving revenue, brand awareness, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to increase occupancy and revenue. Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners. Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO, and paid advertising. Oversee promotional activities, partnerships, and public relations efforts. Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies. Collaborate with hotel management to optimize pricing strategies and revenue management. Track and analyze performance metrics to ensure marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field. Proven experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality industry Minimum 5 years of experience in the similar profile Strong negotiation and communication skills. Knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM software. Ability to work independently
