We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our real estate sales operations. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in property sales, team management, and marketing strategy execution within the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve project targets.

Manage and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance.

Handle customer inquiries, negotiations, and site visits.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer preferences.

Plan and oversee promotional campaigns and events for property sales.

Requirements:

Graduate / MBA preferred.

Minimum 5 years' experience in real estate sales and marketing.

Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.

Good knowledge of the local real estate market and trends.
