As Manager - Sales & Marketing, you will plan and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets across global (international and domestic) markets and customer accounts, in line with company objectives. The role demands end-to-end ownership of the sales cycle, proactive client engagement, and disciplined pipeline management to deliver growth.
Experience & Qualifications
10-12 years' experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, and Client Management, with exposure to refinery operations and oils and fats equipment companies.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering and/or MBA in Marketing

Independently manage business enquiries and convert them into successful sales, ensuring a smooth experience through negotiations and order execution
Drive sales closures through proactive client engagement, cross-selling, and up-selling to new and repeat customers
Generate qualified leads by identifying and targeting potential opportunities via online research and market analysis
* Expand and manage the customer portfolio to maximise revenue, optimise realisation, ensure retention, and enhance revenue collection from key accounts
