Develop and implement sales strategies for B2B markets, focusing on PCE (Polycarboxylate Ether) products.
Manage and expand the existing customer base while identifying new business opportunities in international markets.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional campaigns for PCE products.
Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs within the construction industry.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the construction or chemicals industry.
Knowledge of PCE product range and its applications is highly desirable.
International sales experience is an added advantage.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
