Job Summary:

The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive revenue growth. This role combines leadership, customer relationship management, and market analysis to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals. Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and partnerships. Lead and manage the sales and marketing team; set clear targets and monitor performance. Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders. Plan and manage promotional campaigns, advertising, digital marketing, and branding initiatives. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and customer needs. Manage pricing, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies. Coordinate with the product, operations, and customer service teams for smooth execution. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred). 5-10 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role
