Job Responsibilities

Team Management

: Oversee and guide Sales Supervisors & Executives across all operational areas.

Customer Base Expansion

: Establish, maintain, and grow the customer network in the assigned region.

Distributor Management

: Handle distributor appointments, coordination, performance tracking, and relationship management.

Route Development

: Identify new areas for route expansion, organize marketing programs, and participate in public events to enhance brand presence.

Channel Growth

: Focus on modern trade and institutional channels to boost distribution, visibility, and sales volume.

Market Share Growth

: Drive strategies to increase the company's market share in the assigned region.

Stock Management

: Ensure optimal stock availability, analyze movement patterns, and maintain efficient stock distribution systems.

Key Account Handling

: Manage and retain key customer accounts through direct engagement.

Competitor Analysis

: Monitor competitor activities and implement counter-strategies to strengthen market positioning.

Receivables Management

: Ensure timely collection of payments by closely tracking customer accounts.

Business Development

: Identify and develop new business opportunities to meet company targets.

Escalation Resolution

: Address and resolve customer escalations promptly.

Operational Setup

: Maintain necessary business centers to support regional operations.

Eligibility Criteria

:

Education

: Graduate degree in any discipline.

Experience

: Minimum

15 years

in the

FMCG sector

, with specialized experience in

milk and milk products

.
