Primary Responsibility:
(1) Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Brand Enhancement:
Conduct in-depth market research, identify emerging trends, and analyse the competitive landscape to capitalise on new business opportunities.
Develop and evaluate advertising and promotional campaigns, webinars, and thought leadership events/conclaves to enhance brand value and market penetration.
Leverage data-driven insights to refine marketing efforts and drive sales growth.
Brand Enhancement:
+ Conceptualise brand refresh and promote brand visibility by proactively redesigning collaterals/websites and SEO optimisation as necessary.
+ Ensure Digital Media Presence - Manage all social media accounts (LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) with regular content creation and engagement
+ Driving PR Initiatives - Work with PR agencies to generate article publication, speaking, and sound-byte opportunities for leadership across the Group companies.
+ Attend conferences and trade shows, showcasing Brickwork Group Companies' products/services through presentations and collaterals. Work on post-event reports and analysis to improve market presence and visibility.
Developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to help achieve the sales targets and develop new markets for the Group companies.
Business Leaders' Meetings:
+ Conduct regular meetings with business leaders for brainstorming sessions on the prospective sales opportunities and discuss steps to create market outreach activities to tap the untapped regions/areas. Cross-functional Collaboration:
+ Work closely, in collaboration with business development teams, leadership, and other stakeholders, to ensure that the team's efforts are aligned with the company's overall objectives.
+ Create a cross-functional collaboration framework by establishing clear goals, defining roles, and setting up communication channels with the concerned departments to work together to achieve the sales and marketing objectives.
Competency / Skills:
Strategic thinking, leadership & team management skills with proven ability to build and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team.
Proficiency in CRM, digital marketing tools, including social media marketing, and analytics platforms, with a proven track record of building successful campaigns and brand management.
Strong market analysis and consumer research skills
Proficiency in budget forecasting with an ability to plan, manage budgets, and deliver measurable sales and marketing results.
Strong connections with Media and PR Contacts
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent executive communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer engagement skills.
Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and result-driven individual with an ability to handle complex situations.
Willing to travel Pan India to expand market outreach and develop strategic business partnerships
WORK EXPERIENCE:
8 to 12 years in the sales and marketing field.
Relevant experience of 8+ years in a senior sales and marketing role in the financial services industry, with a strong track record of success in increasing market share and visibility of businesses.
