Job Description

Develop and execute business development strategies to expand Ayurvedagram market reach by building and nurturing long term relationships with key stakeholders including travel agencies, wellness partners, and international clients. Develop better Plans to retarget our old clients. Collaborate with leadership teams to identify new markets and innovative business opportunities. Monitor and report on business development KPIs and recommend strategies to optimize growth. Strong understanding on Business Analysis and finding new business models depending upon on the market Demands. Identify Competitors Market Visibility and plan the strategies accordingly. Very Strong understanding on Online and Offline Marketing Activities. Need to develop and follow a very attractive making calendar. Oversee the planning, coordination, and management of international and domestic guest visits to Ayurvedagram. Need to be able to build a very strong understanding and relationship with operation team to ensure the best healing experience for all the guests pre-arrival inquiries to post-visit follow-up. Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, travel agents, and corporate partners to ensure repeat business and referrals. Organize tailor-made wellness programs for international guests, ensuring cultural preferences and language requirements are met. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve growth targets. Develop and implement strategic plans to increase market share and revenue and brand visibility. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. Create persuasive proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value of our services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product development to align strategies. Oversee Digital Marketing Campaigns including social media, email marketing SEO and content marketing. Need to have strong creative thinking to develop marketing materials. Monitor the effectiveness of marketing Campaigns through data analysis and develop required strategies.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
