Job Description

A Head of Sales and Marketing drives revenue growth and brand presence by creating, implementing, and overseeing integrated sales and marketing strategies. They lead teams to meet sales targets, manage budgets, analyze market trends, and foster customer loyalty. This senior role requires strategic planning, team leadership, and market analysis expertise to enhance market share.

Key Responsibilities



Strategic Planning:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns and sales plans to drive revenue.

Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, and coach sales/marketing staff, setting clear performance goals.

Market Analysis:

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities.

Budget & Forecasting:

Prepare annual budgets, manage expenditures, and set sales quotas.

Brand Management:

Enhance brand awareness and positioning through consistent messaging and promotional materials.

Performance Tracking:

Report on KPI, ROI, and sales performance to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications & Skills



Experience:

5+ years in marketing/sales, with at least 3+ years in a management role.

Leadership:

Strong team management and motivational skills.

Communication:

Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Analytical Skills:

Proficient in data analysis, market research, and financial forecasting.

Education:
