We are looking for an experienced
Manager - Sales, Marketing & Government Liaison
with an MBA in Sales & Marketing and strong practical exposure to government licensing/liaison, digital marketing, retail partnerships, and business strategy. The role will be based in
Delhi
and requires extensive cross-functional collaboration and external stakeholder management, including government bodies, trade associations, and overseas missions.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Market Strategy
Lead sales strategy and execution across online and offline channels.
Build and scale revenue channels through national retail chains, e-commerce platforms, and institutional business.
Government Liaison & Compliance
Manage all government licensing processes, regulatory compliance, and institutional engagement.
Represent the company in discussions with government departments, business chambers, confederations, and trade missions.
Marketing & Brand Leadership
Drive integrated marketing programs including digital marketing (SEO/SEM, social, email), brand positioning, media strategy, and campaigns.
Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to deliver results.
Retail & Channel Partnerships
Lead business development and partnership negotiations with key retail outlets and e-commerce partners.
Secure optimal shelf space, promotions, and collaborative campaigns with major retailers.
Stakeholder & Leadership Skills
Coordinate with cross-functional leaders (product, operations, finance) to align commercial and brand goals.
Mentor, guide, and lead a team of sales and marketing professionals.
Analytics & Reporting
Use data & analytics to evaluate sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and customer insights.
Present regular reports to senior leadership and recommend strategic adjustments.
Required Skills / Experience
MBA in Sales & Marketing from a reputed institution.
5-6+ years
of relevant experience with demonstrated success in sales, marketing, government liaison, and retail channel management.
Proven experience with major online marketplaces and offline retail ecosystems.
Strong analytical and digital marketing skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to independently manage compliance and regulatory processes.
