Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit and hire talented Sales Advisor.

- Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance agent skills and knowledge.

- Motivate and inspire the team to achieve sales goals.

- Monitor and evaluate agent performance, providing coaching and feedback.

- Address team challenges and resolve conflicts promptly.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Qualification: Graduate

- Candidates with an operations background will not be fit for this job profile

- We need to work on 100% on-field for sales of policies.

- Experience : 1 to 4 years of Any field Sales (FMCG, Retile, Pharma, NBFC, BFSI, Loans, Mutula Fund)

- Two-wheelers Wheeler Required
