Job Purpose :- To generate leads and sell Life insurance policies to customers. To develop relationships with potential clients and provide excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities :- Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance agents to ensure they meet their sales targets.- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and achieve revenue targets.- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and market opportunities.- Provide guidance and support to agents in developing sales proposals, closing deals, and maintaining customer relationships.- Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and taking corrective action as necessary.Qualifications :- Bachelor\'s degree in any discipline.- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Note : Beware of Frauds!
