Guide clients through registration, loan processing, documentation, and handover.
Build long-term trust to increase referrals.
Sales Team Management
Lead a team of executives/tele-callers; set daily/weekly targets.
Review site visits (SVs), general meetings (GMVs), and conversion pipeline.
Motivate and train team in objection handling and customer engagement.
Revenue & Collections
Ensure timely collection of installments and registration payments.
Track pending dues and resolve disputes quickly.
Operations Coordination
Work closely with CRM, Legal, and Finance teams to complete all formalities.
Maintain proper customer records and update CRM dashboards.
Reporting & Strategy
Monitor conversion rates from SV ? GMV ? Sale ? Registration.
Share weekly reports with GM/Directors on performance and pipeline.
Suggest process improvements for smoother customer experience.
? Requirements
Graduate (MBA preferred) with
3-7 years
experience in Real Estate/Insurance/Finance.
Proven track record of closing high-value deals (?40L+).
Strong communication in Telugu, Hindi & English.
Leadership ability to manage 5-10 executives.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel/Google Sheets.
