We're now looking for a driven and hands-on Sales Manager to lead and scale our Sales Development efforts.Role OverviewWe're seeking a Sales Manager who has recently stepped into leadership and thrives on taking initiative. This role is perfect for someone with 3-4 years of experience in sales development who is now leading a team while continuing to contribute individually in the early stages. You'll work closely with the sales team, oversee daily SDR operations, and drive process improvements to optimize team performance.Key Responsibilities- Manage and support a team of SDRs across various sales channels (inbound, outbound, and follow-ups).- Actively participate in SDR activities-initially working alongside the team on lead generation, qualification, and handoff.- Develop and refine processes for lead management, follow-up workflows, and qualification standards.- Monitor key SDR metrics, create performance reports, and ensure goal alignment.- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and targeting.- Coach, mentor, and develop SDRs through regular feedback, performance tracking, and training.- Help recruit, onboard, and train new SDRs to support scaling efforts.Requirements- 3-4 years of experience in Sales Development or similar roles, with recent exposure to team leadership.- Hands-on approach with the ability to work alongside the team while managing them.- Strong command and confidence in leading, coaching, and optimizing performance.- Comfortable working in the LATAM timezone.- Process-oriented with a passion for building and improving sales workflows.- Energetic, curious, and open to continuous learning.- Background in tech or engineering (B.Tech preferred).-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills- Experience using CRMs and sales tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)- Understanding of both inbound and outbound sales processes - Exposure to LATAM markets or multilingual communication (a plus) (ref:updazz.com)
