Job Responsibilities :Handle inbound sales through : i. Signups ii. Contact Forms iii. Live Chat- Processing of incoming leads generated by Marketing activities across all channels by prequalification, customer connect, support etc.- Understand customer use case and pitch relevant solutions based on EnableX product portfolio.- Provide sales support to prospects and coordinate technical support from the engineering team during the sales cycle.- Research industries/companies to identify prospects and undertake independent outreach and processing.- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closure as a paid customer- Improve the Sales Funnel on a MoM basis- Sales reportingKey Skills :- Must have experience in Lead Generation- Must have good knowledge of CRMs (like Zoho, Salesforce etc.)- Should be Driven & Motivated- Excellent Communication skills (Spoken & written)- Should have experience of selling SaaS, PaaS products- Having experience in Enterprise Sales, Account Management & Business Development is desirableQualifications :- MBA in Sales and Marketing preferable having an engineering background (ref:updazz.com)
