: Senior Manager - Gifting (All Channels) Location: Delhi, OkhlaRole Overview We are looking for a high-ownership Senior Manager - Gifting to build and scale the gifting business across all channels - B2B Corporate Gifting, Birthday Return Gifting, Marketplaces, Quick Commerce, D2C, and Retail.This role will own the P&L for the gifting vertical, craft channel-specific strategies, and create a strong, repeatable revenue engine around gifting occasions year-round.The ideal candidate is commercially sharp, understands supply + demand levers, and can work cross- functionally with marketing, category, supply chain, and ops. Key Responsibilities 1. Channel Strategy & P&L Ownership - Build and own the gifting business strategy across B2B, D2C, marketplaces & quick commerce and retail.- Deliver revenue targets, profitability, and repeat gift business. - Identify new gifting opportunities (seasonal events, return gifting, festival packs, bundles) and build playbooks. 2. Product & Merchandising for Gifting - Work with category teams to develop gifting-specific bundles, curated SKUs, personalization opportunities, and packaging. - Guide forecasting based on seasonality (birthday seasons, school reopening, festive peaks). 3. B2B & Corporate Gifting - Build the B2B gifting pipeline with corporates, schools, pre-schools, agencies, RWAs, and event companies. - Structure pricing models, MOQs, pitching decks, and closing cycles. - Manage end-to-end order execution with Ops & Supply Chain. 4. Marketplaces & Quick Commerce - Identify and optimize gifting SKUs for marketplaces and Q-commerce. - Build gifting storefronts, event-driven promotions, and bundle listings. - Coordinate with marketplace managers on rankings, visibility, and inventory. 5. D2C Gifting - Own gifting journeys gifting flows, bundle creation, collections, festive stores, combo deals. - Improve conversion with CRO inputs - occasions, price points, shipping timelines, urgency. 6. Retail & Modern Trade Gifting - Work with the retail lead to build gifting visibility in SIS, kiosks, and GT stores. - Identify fast-moving gifting packs and price points for offline. 7. Marketing & Campaigns - Build the annual gifting calendar (Mother's Day, Rakhi, Christmas, Back to School, Birthday Seasons). - Collaborate with performance + brand teams on campaigns and cohort targeting. - Work with the creative team to ensure gifting messaging is sharp across channels. 8. Operations & Execution Excellence - Track inventory for all gifting SKUs and bundles. - Ensure timely fulfilment for B2B and Q-commerce (TAT compliance). - Work with supply chain on forecasting and gap-closing. 9. Relationship Management - Build and manage relationships with corporate clients, marketplaces, and channel partners. - Build a database of repeat gifting clients and automate follow-ups. 10. Reporting & Insights - Own weekly dashboards: revenue, margins, channel mix, seasonality patterns, and performance of top gifting SKUs. - Share insights on competitor offerings, gifting trends, and new opportunities. Key Skills & Experience - 5-8+ years of experience in e-commerce, B2B sales, gifting, category management, or consumer brand growth roles. - Strong channel understanding across digital + offline. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities. - Data-driven mindset with comfort in Excel/Sheets and dashboards. - Ability to work fast, manage multiple stakeholders, and deliver under tight timelines. - Experience in building bundles, packs, and gifting ranges is a bonus.
