Drive sales from both new and existing customers to achieve sales targets- Expansion in International Markets: Contribute to the expansion of company offerings in key foreign markets such as Far East Asia, Europe, Latin America, Africa, and the Middle East. - Industry Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of international and domestic freight forwarding, gateway operations, and market trends. Demonstrate the ability to independently generate new sales revenue in a designated geographic region. - Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Develop and implement a cold-calling strategy, qualify leads, and effectively connect with potential business partners. Build and drive a comprehensive sales plan to meet monthly sales targets. - Negotiation & Rate Management: Utilize internal tools to negotiate competitive freight rates for customers, ensuring profitability while delivering high-quality service. - Customer Service Excellence: Provide top-tier customer service to both internal and external business partners. Ensure customer expectations are exceeded, and tasks are completed to their satisfaction. - Account Management: Retain and grow the current client base through strong account management practices. Work proactively to identify and address client needs.Market & Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the company's specialty services, internal resources, competitive strategies, and customer requirements.
