As the Sales Manager - Endoscopy Division, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth, expanding our installed base of Arthrex Endoscopy platforms, and leading a high-performing sales team. This role requires a dynamic leader who can blend clinical engagement with commercial acumen to grow our footprint and impact across the Region.What You'll Do - Lead the Growth of Arthrex Endoscopy in the Region- Drive Market Expansion: Spearhead the growth of Arthrex's Endoscopy portfolio, focusing on capital equipment placements in general surgery, gynecology, urology, and ENT specialties.- Champion Surgical Innovation: Deliver powerful clinical value messaging through OR demonstrations, live surgeries, and personalized surgeon engagement.- Build Clinical Partnerships: Establish long-term relationships with KOLs, surgical departments, and hospital stakeholders to drive trust and therapy adoption.- Lead a High-Impact Team: Manage, mentor, and inspire Territory Managers and Clinical Sales Specialists to exceed business goals.- Collaborate Across Teams: Align with Medical Education, Product Management, and Service to provide a seamless customer journey-from evaluation to post-installation support.- Stay Ahead with Market Intelligence: Continuously analyze competitor activity, pricing trends, and market dynamics to inform strategy.- Ensure Compliance and Forecasting: Operate within regulatory guidelines, maintain a robust pipeline, and provide accurate forecasts and business insights to senior leadership.Who You Are- Experience: 10+ years in capital equipment sales within medical devices; Endoscopy or Arthroscopy experience highly preferred.- Education: Bachelor's degree in Science, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
