We are looking for highly driven and experienced Sales Managers to lead and scale our division, focused on promoting Master's-level tech programs. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in EdTech sales, team leadership, and high-ticket consultative selling.Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team to achieve revenue and enrollment targets.- Have to drive end-to-end sales of company's programs. - Build scalable sales processes and ensure consistent team performance through coaching, reviews, and feedback.- Conduct virtual consultations and counseling sessions with prospective learners.- Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.- Support the team in closing high-intent leads and handling escalations.- Maintain client relationships and ensure a smooth post-enrollment experience.- Collaborate with academic, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and feedback improvement.- Track sales activities, maintain CRM hygiene, and generate performance reports.Eligibility & Requirements Minimum Graduate degree required- 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in EdTech or IT Course selling- Minimum 2 years of team-handling experience is mandatory- Experience selling professional IT certification programs (e.g., SAP, Java, professional tech courses) preferred- Experience in high-ticket consultative sales or education sales preferred- Should have handled minimum ticket size of 2 lac is mandatory.Age limit : Not more than 33 years (ref:updazz.com)
