Develop, refine, and implement strategic sales plans aligned with organizational goals.
Build, nurture, and sustain long-term customer relationships by understanding client needs and offering tailored AV solutions.
Identify new business opportunities and successfully convert high-value prospects into customers.
Conduct effective product presentations and demonstrations customized to customer requirements.
Ensure timely payment collection through consistent and professional follow-ups.
Manage sales operations and customer relationships across Maharashtra, with required travel.
Monitor and manage the sales funnel, analyzing performance data to guide strategic decisions.
Address and resolve customer queries or concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Provide mentoring and support to junior team members when required.
Candidate Requirements:
10+ years of proven experience
in AV & Integration, Design Sales Management, preferably handling regional or multi-state sales.
Deep understanding of sales strategies, solution selling, and customer relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to travel frequently and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and pipeline management.
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding high-value sales targets.
Must have hands-on experience executing AV projects.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions.
