About the Role:
The Sales Development Manager will lead, coach, and grow our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to drive revenue growth across North America. As a key part of the sales organization, this role will develop and execute strategies to maximize pipeline generation, mentor SDRs to reach their full potential, and foster a high-performance culture. Partnering closely with the SVP of North American Sales, you will play a crucial role in achieving project44's revenue goals and expanding our market presence.
