Sales Development Manager - The purpose of this job is to recruit quality advisors & support / train them to enable them procure insurance policies from the market & subsequently service the customers.Roles and Responsibility :- Managing team of Advisors and Business partners.- Generate leads from open market- Recruitment of potential financial advisor and Leaders.- Build and maintain relationship with customer.- Supporting them to achieve their goals.- Innovating new ideas new strategies for consistent business flow.- Building up a network of dedicated Leaders as per area potential- Products planning and implementation based on client needs.- Training the advisors and business partners.Requirements :- Experience 1 to 3 years in sales & marketing- Candidate must be having field sales experience.- Good communication skill- Candidate should be Local where applying.
