We are looking for an experienced and driven - Sales Manager- to lead our B2B chemical and mineral sales operations across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling bulk industrial chemicals and minerals to distributors and ensuring strong market presence and customer relationships. - Key Responsibilities:- - Identify and onboard new B2B distributors and channel partners across India.- Manage and grow existing accounts to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.- Promote and sell bulk chemicals and minerals used in industries such as pharma, construction, agriculture, paint, plastics, etc.- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with clients.- Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities.- Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain team to ensure timely deliveries.- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.- Attend industry expos, seminars, and trade events to expand the network. Required Skills and Qualifications:- - Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Business. MBA is a plus.- Proven experience in B2B sales of chemicals/minerals/industrial raw materials.- Strong network of distributors and industrial buyers in India.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.- Willingness to travel extensively across regions. - Preferred:- - Knowledge of bulk transportation, warehousing, and chemical safety standards.- Experience using CRM tools for sales tracking (ref:updazz.com)
