Key Responsibilities:1. Expand Distribution NetworkIdentify, onboard, and manage distributors and dealers across assigned regions to ensure widespread product availability.2. Strengthen Retail ChannelCollaborate with retail partners to enhance product visibility, improve shelf placement, and execute in-store promotional activities and incentive programs.3. Achieve Sales TargetsConsistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals by optimising offline distribution and retail strategies.4. Market Intelligence & ReportingMonitor market trends, competitor movements, and consumer preferences. Share insights and recommendations with internal teams to shape strategy.5. Execute Promotional CampaignsImplement dealer/distributor incentive programs and support offline marketing efforts including exhibitions, trade shows, and regional activations.6. Performance TrackingRegularly review sales performance, monitor regional data, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.Experience Required:- Minimum of 5 years' experience in offline sales and distribution, preferably within the home appliances or consumer electronics sector.- Demonstrated success in establishing and managing distributor networks and exceeding sales targets.Skills & Attributes:- Strong knowledge of offline distribution models and retail operations.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market dynamics.
