Role Overview:The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing end-to-end sales including retail sales, e-commerce, and distribution channels. This role demands a strategic thinker, go-getter with hands-on execution capabilities who can drive sales, nurture store customers, and long-term profitability.Key Responsibilities:- Business Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategies for sales growth across all channels retail, online, and distribution.- Sales & Channel Management: Drive revenue through performance tracking, dealer/distributor network expansion, and strategic partnerships.- Retail & E-Commerce Operations: Oversee daily operations of both physical and digital storefronts, ensuring customer satisfaction and seamless logistics.- Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor cross-functional teams to deliver high performance across sales, operations, customer service, and marketing.- Inventory & Supply Chain: Manage inventory planning, inputs to management on procurement, and vendor relationships to ensure product availability and efficient turnover.- Marketing & Brand Development: Work closely with the marketing team to drive campaigns, events, and community engagement initiatives that support brand visibility and sales.- P&L Management: Take ownership of the sales profit and loss.- Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including new product lines, store locations, or regional growth areas.Key Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).- 4+ years of experience in SALES, Store operations, or sales roles preferably in automobile retail, e-commerce, or consumer goods.- Strong understanding of Indian retail and distribution ecosystems.- Proven experience in scaling sales.- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for motorsports or lifestyle brands.- Ability to work in a dynamic, hands-on, and fast-paced environment.- Experienced Offroader will be preferred.
