. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and delivering tailored service solutions that meet client needs. This role requires a deep understanding of service-based selling, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new clients and expand existing accounts.
Understand client requirements and recommend customized service solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle - from prospecting to closing.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, digital channels, and industry events.
Prepare and present compelling proposals and service presentations to clients.
Collaborate with operations, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure service excellence.
Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide regular sales reports.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
5-8 years of proven experience in B2B or B2C sales within the service industry (e.g., IT services, hospitality, facilities management, consulting, logistics, real estate, construction, interior , architecture etc.).
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to understand complex service offerings and translate them into client value.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in consultative or solution-based selling.
Industry-specific knowledge (e.g., IT services, hospitality, facilities management, consulting, logistics, real estate, construction, interior , architecture etc.).
Familiarity with digital sales tools and platforms.
Strong presentation and proposal development skills.
