Sales & Business Development Manager
to help grow our B2B and B2C partnerships.
Role Overview
As the Sales & Business Development Manager, you will be the driving force behind our client acquisition and partnership growth. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and build relationships with potential clients such as hotels, lounges, Airbnbs, corporate offices, and event planners. Additionally, you'll manage incoming sales inquiries, prepare accurate service proposals, and send client invoices to close the loop.
You'll play a crucial role in both outbound business development and inbound sales support -- acting as both a strategist and a closer.
Key Responsibilities Business Development & Lead Generation
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with hotels, lounges, short-term rentals (Airbnbs), co-working spaces, corporate offices, Airports/Lounges, Corporate Housing, Gyms, yoga centers, event organizers etc.
Reach out via calls, emails and networking to pitch Spa Theory's services.
Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and partners.
Represent Spa Theory at relevant industry events, virtual meetings, and networking functions.
Maintain and grow a pipeline of qualified leads and ensure consistent follow-up.
Sales Support & Client Management
Manage and respond to incoming client inquiries (e.g., requests for spa parties, corporate wellness days, or custom spa packages).
Understand client needs, provide service recommendations, and prepare tailored proposals.
Calculate service costs, apply relevant pricing, and send accurate, professional invoices.
Follow up with clients to confirm bookings and ensure smooth handoff to operations.
Maintain clear communication with the internal team to ensure exceptional service delivery.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in sales, business development and account management.
A natural relationship-builder with strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple client conversations and sales funnels simultaneously.
Comfortable working remotely and independently.
Experience with new AI tools, basic invoicing platforms, and digital communication tools.
A passion for driving sales.
Preferred (but not required):
Experience with the hospitality, events, or corporate wellness sectors.
Experience in service-based businesses such as spas, salons, or boutique wellness brands.
