Job Description


Organica is currently looking to fill a Manager Sales & Business Development in South India reporting to the Business Head India
Summary of Responsibilities

  • Drive BD & Sales efforts to grow and convert pipeline of opportunities for projects and services
  • Handle lead qualification, bid/ proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and pricing strategy for all opportunities
  • Identify suitable partners for opportunities/ tenders
  • Build strong relationships with external stakeholders such as end clients, contractors, and consultants etc.
  • Work closely with the Business Head to implement business development & sales initiatives
  • Lobbying with key decision makers at government bodies in the field of environment and wastewater management
  • Building the Organica brand
  • Full accountability for delivering bookings, revenue, and GP targets for the region
  • Gather market data and information about industry trends, competing technologies and organisations, competitive pricing, and technical specifications, etc.
  • Manage accurate information on all potential project opportunities through Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Qualifications
  • BTech or BSc is preferred
  • Proven experience of atleast 8-10 years in sales, business development, or marketing within the wastewater management or environmental sector
  • Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, sales processes, and business development techniques
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in conducting market research and competitive analysis

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written in English and Native language.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and business development activities
