Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in assigned regions.- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, interior firms, and channel partners.- Identify and onboard new clients, projects, and trading opportunities in the building materials sector.- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and suggest business strategies.- Manage distributor and dealer networks for smooth supply chain and timely order fulfillment.- Collaborate with internal teams for pricing, credit management, and customer service.- Ensure regular reporting on sales performance, forecasts, and key market insights.Key Requirements:- Graduate/MBA with minimum 4+ years of experience in Building Material Sales (Trading segment).- Strong exposure to working with architects, builders, interior firms, and contractors.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned locations.Preferred Candidate Profile:- Previous experience in tiles, sanitaryware, paints, plywood, hardware, or related building materials.- Strong local market knowledge in Delhi NCR and Ludhiana regions.- Ability to handle multiple accounts and drive both B2B and B2C sales.
