The Sales Manager will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing a high-performing team of advisors under the agency business model. The role demands strong leadership skills along with the ability to train and guide team members to achieve sales targets. Candidates with experience in health insurance, healthcare products, or concept-based direct selling will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, build, and lead a team of sales advisors / agents under the agency model.
Provide regular training, motivation, and performance guidance to team members.
Drive sales activities to promote and sell healthcare and health insurance products.
Create awareness about the importance of health protection and service benefits among customers.
Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver after-sales service support.
Represent the organization professionally and uphold company standards in all business activities.
Candidate Profile:
Prior experience in team building and agency development is
mandatory
.
Experience in selling health insurance, healthcare products, or direct concept selling will be given
high preference
.
Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.
Self-motivated with leadership qualities and goal-oriented approach.
