We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager - Prime LAP to drive business through the DSA channel. The role involves sourcing, managing, and growing Prime LAP business by building strong DSA relationships and ensuring consistent high-ticket loan disbursements while maintaining portfolio quality.Key Responsibilities- Drive Prime LAP business in the - 50L- 5Cr ticket size through the DSA channel.- Source, onboard, manage, and motivate DSAs to achieve sales targets.- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, builders, and connectors.- Generate high-quality leads and ensure healthy conversion ratios.- Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams for smooth loan processing.- Ensure adherence to credit policy, risk norms, and compliance standards.- Track pipeline, login-to-disbursal ratios, and productivity metrics.- Support DSAs with product training, policy updates, and deal structuring.- Monitor portfolio performance and ensure minimal delinquency.Required Skills & Experience- 2-7 years of experience in Prime LAP / LAP sales.- Mandatory hands-on experience in DSA/channel sales.- Strong exposure to high-ticket LAP deals (- 50L- 5Cr).- Good understanding of credit norms, documentation, and property-backed lending.- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
