We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Operations Manager with a strong background in international outbound BPO sales processes to lead our UK-based B2C sales function.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing British technology company offering telecom, IT, and security solutions to residential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a high-performing outbound sales team targeting UK residential customers.
Drive performance across multiple sales pods, ensuring KPIs and conversion targets are consistently met.
Optimize dialer strategies, lead allocation, and campaign execution for maximum ROI.
Coach, mentor, and develop Team Leaders and Sales Executives to enhance productivity and morale.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with customer needs.
Monitor sales metrics, prepare reports, and present insights to senior leadership.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum 5 years of experience managing international outbound voice processes in a BPO or contact centre environment.
Proven track record in B2C sales, preferably in telecom, IT, or home security domains.
Strong leadership and team development skills.
Experience with dialer systems, CRM tools, and sales analytics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
