Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets for sheet metal stamped components.
Identify new business opportunities within existing and emerging industries.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers, trends, and competitive landscape.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships with key decision-makers (R&D, Procurement, Engineering).
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective and existing clients.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure on-time project delivery within budget.
Track sales performance, analyze data, and generate management reports.
Create Annual Operating Plans, including revenue, profitability, and capacity analysis, and plan long-term business strategies.
Maintain strong understanding of product specifications, manufacturing processes, and quality standards relevant to sheet metal stamping.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.
10-12 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing, with significant experience in sheet metal stamping.
Strong technical understanding of sheet metal stamping processes, materials (Stainless steel, Aluminium), tooling, and quality standards (ISO/TS, IATF, VDA 6.3, MSIL Audits).
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in SAP/SupplyOn.
Willingness to travel frequently within Maharashtra and other parts of India as required.
