To develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, brand visibility, and revenue growth for the company's tourist transportation services, including airport transfers, sightseeing tours, charter services, and custom travel solutions.
Key Responsibilities:Sales:
Identify and develop new business opportunities (B2B & B2C) including travel agencies, hotels, tour operators, DMCs, corporate clients, and online platforms.
Create and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through cold calling, networking, trade fairs, and industry events.
Negotiate and close contracts with corporate partners, travel agents, and other key accounts.
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Conduct regular client visits and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Marketing:
Analyze marketing performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.
Strategic Planning & Analysis:
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and customer preferences.
Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and ROI analysis to senior management.
Participate in pricing strategy development based on market trends and customer feedback.
Team Leadership & Coordination:
Lead and mentor sales & marketing staff (if applicable).
Coordinate with operations, customer service, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
3-7 years of experience in sales and marketing within the travel, tourism, or transportation sector.
Strong knowledge of the local tourism market and key stakeholders.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and digital marketing tools.
Fluency in English; additional languages (depending on the market) are a plus.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Work Environment:
Office-based with frequent travel to meet clients, attend trade shows, and inspect service delivery points.
