Manager - Sales (Aluminium Doors & Windows)

Experience:

Minimum 8-10+ years of experience in sales & marketing of aluminium systems, specifically architectural aluminium products such as aluminium doors, windows, and facade-related systems.

Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Management or

MBA with Marketing specialization preferred. Skills: Sales and marketing operations for the Bangalore region, development and execution of strategic business growth plans, leading, motivating, and managing the sales team, developing and strengthening business channels and sales models, setting and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, market development, key account management, coordination with architects, builders, consultants, and channel partners, and undertaking other responsibilities as assigned by the company.
